HOW TO PROTECT YOU AND YOUR "STUFF"

In order to create an estate plan that will provide you with financial protection & peace of mind, you need to know the rules, your predators, and your options. This class will teach you how to protect you and your “stuff” through estate planning.

THURSDAY, FEB. 23 • 1-3pm

HIS, HERS & THEIRS: PITFALLS & PROBLEMS OF MARITAL INTERESTS IN ESTATE PLANNING

Unless you understand what you really own and how to transfer it, there may be pitfalls and problems that could cause your estate plan to fail. This class will discuss what you need to know about your “stuff” so that what you intend to happen...will actually happen!

THURSDAY, MAR. 23 • 1-3pm

TO PROBATE OR NOT TO PROBATE? AN ESTATE PLANNING ANSWER THAT MAY SURPRISE YOU

In this class, you will learn how to implement a plan that avoids problems and pitfalls that could cause your estate plan to fail at your death. You will leave the class with an understanding of what probate is, and what happens when you pass with or without a will.
